At Artesanos Design Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted home additions. If a piece does not perfectly complement your space, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Item
Carefully repackage the product in its original artisan packaging to ensure it is protected from damage during the return transit.
Ship to Studio
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
